Pathetic service. we stopped here for a break after travelling. Coffee and tea was not served to us initially because the hotel is "packed for a party." The least we expected was to be served well after such a hectic travel. The staff was very very lathergic and didn't even care about us. Please go to the dhaba nearby, they have way better food and service

This place no matter how beautifully made is a sham to the chain Sarovar Portico. The staff is extremely lazy and show no interest in work be it serving, cleaning and the reception staff is nothing but there to cheat the guests. Non vegetarian snacks and vegetarian snacks were being served in the same plate. The staff had no slightest idea of what they were serving. The food was of very average quality. Had a terrible experience with the reception staff, especially Mr.Arun and Ms. Ankita who were over charging us for the room card which I have never experienced any other hotel charging for. Staff needs to be more courteous and the staff needs to be trained better. Another incident where the hotel staff almost stole a purse. The rooms have a weird smell and the bathrooms don’t have running hot water. Bad experience with the staff. A beautiful property but bad hospitality brings it all down.

The restaurant ambience is very good, tasty food. Service is good at remote location. The rooms are very much beautiful. Some are honeymoon suites, some are suites. Architecture of hotel is indonesian style. Quite attractive. But no happening places nearby. This hotel is at outskirts of orai

Food is too costly for it's quality and taste . Staff is lethargic and just doesn't have any interest in their jobs. Nobody in the staff really gives a damn about their customers time. The food is just too expensive for it's taste. Nothing is better than the location and ambiance. Staff just keeps forgetting the instructions and request. The last thing a customer expects is the bill to be correct but there was a mistake in the bill and the staff wasn't ready to accept their mistake and was just trying to fool us into thinking that we've ordered something that we have not.Kindly visit if you wanna waste your money

The best place to visit nearby Kanpur and Jhansi I can assure you it's the best place in between these two cities approximately 200 km range. Personally I like the location it's on highway. I beat it multiple hotels across the country in Pondicherry, in Mumbai. I find it competitive enough with those 3 to 4 star hotels. If you want to stay just go and enjoy the pool bar cafeteria dining etc.
